Article Withdrawal, Correction & Retraction Policy
IIARD recognises that authors may occasionally need to request changes to a manuscript or published article. Such requests will be considered by the editorial office in accordance with the circumstances of each case.
Withdrawal Before Publication
Authors who wish to withdraw a manuscript before publication should submit a written request to the editorial office.
Withdrawal After Publication
Once an article has been published, it forms part of the journal's published record. Requests to remove or withdraw a published article will therefore be considered carefully by the editorial office.
Where an article is removed or retracted, IIARD may retain the article record and place an appropriate notice on the publication page.
Corrections
Authors who identify a significant error in a published article may contact the editorial office with details of the issue. The editorial office will assess the request and determine the appropriate action.
Retraction
IIARD may retract a published article where serious issues affecting the integrity or reliability of the publication are identified, including plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabricated or falsified information, or other serious ethical or academic concerns.
Where an article is retracted, the publication record may remain available with a clear retraction notice.
Author Responsibility
Authors are responsible for carefully checking their manuscripts and author information before publication and should promptly notify the editorial office of any significant error or issue.
Publication Fees
Publication fees are non-refundable once an article has been published.
