IIARD Journals is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published articles. We employ multiple archiving strategies to safeguard our digital content against data loss, technological obsolescence, and service interruptions.
Archiving Measures
- All published articles are stored in secure, regularly backed-up servers.
- IIARD utilizes cloud storage and multiple redundant data centers to preserve journal content.
- Each article is assigned a unique URL and stored in a consistent format (PDF/HTML) to ensure accessibility.
Repository Access
- Authors and readers may access archived articles anytime via the journal’s website.
- Archived issues remain freely available under the journal’s open access policy.
In the event of discontinuation of a journal or the IIARD platform, efforts will be made to transfer archived content to other institutional repositories or open-access archiving systems to maintain accessibility.
