Author Guidelines

Authors submitting manuscripts to IIARD Journals are expected to follow the guidelines below to facilitate efficient editorial screening, processing, and publication.

Manuscript Preparation


  • Manuscripts should be written in English using clear, concise, and academically appropriate language.
  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (DOC or DOCX).
  • Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1.5 line spacing.
  • Manuscripts should be appropriately organized according to the nature of the study. A typical research article may include:
    • Title
    • Author(s) and Affiliation(s)
    • Abstract
    • Keywords
    • Introduction
    • Methodology
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • References
  • The abstract should generally be 150–250 words.
  • Authors should ensure that the manuscript is properly formatted and free from avoidable grammatical, typographical, and formatting errors.

Formatting and Referencing


  • Authors should use APA referencing style unless a different referencing style is appropriate for the discipline.
  • Tables and figures should be appropriately numbered and provided with clear titles or captions.
  • All sources cited in the manuscript should appear in the reference list.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their references.
  • Where applicable, authors should obtain permission to reproduce copyrighted tables, figures, photographs, or other materials.

Originality and Ethical Responsibility


  • Manuscripts submitted to IIARD should be original and should not have been previously published or simultaneously submitted for publication elsewhere.
  • Authors must properly acknowledge and cite all sources used in their work.
  • Authors are responsible for avoiding plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, and other forms of academic misconduct.
  • Where applicable, research involving human participants, animals, or other regulated subjects should comply with relevant ethical requirements and institutional procedures.
  • Authors should disclose any conflict of interest that may affect the research or its publication.
  • Funding or financial support for the research should be disclosed where applicable.

  • Authors should ensure that the submitted manuscript contains the correct author names, affiliations, email addresses, and other required submission information.
  • An acknowledgement of receipt may be sent after the manuscript has been successfully received.

Editorial Screening and Processing


All submitted manuscripts are subject to editorial screening and processing. The Editorial Office may assess submissions for:

  • Relevance to the scope of the selected journal
  • Compliance with the journal's submission requirements
  • Manuscript completeness and formatting
  • Originality and appropriate use of sources
  • Overall academic and scholarly suitability

Where revisions or corrections are required before publication, authors may be contacted by the Editorial Office. The editorial processing timeline may vary depending on the completeness of the manuscript and the requirements of the publication process.

Publication


Following completion of the editorial processing requirements, manuscripts approved for publication will proceed to publication upon confirmation of the applicable publication fee.

Authors are responsible for reviewing the final version of their manuscript and communicating any necessary corrections to the Editorial Office before publication.

Author Responsibility


Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the information, data, references, findings, and conclusions presented in their manuscripts.

Submission of a manuscript confirms that the authors have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and publish the work.
