Abstract

Building resilient organizations and healthcare systems is essential in navigating the complexities of modern crises. This paper explores a crisis management approach to enhancing resilience within human resource strategies and pharmaceutical supply chains. It highlights the theoretical underpinnings of organizational adaptability, workforce stability, and supply chain continuity, emphasizing the critical role of leadership, innovative technologies, public-private collaborations, and the importance of establishing clear goals and fostering trust through transparency. Key challenges, including vulnerabilities in resource management and ethical dilemmas during emergencies, are examined to provide a foundation for strategic interventions. Practical recommendations are outlined for policymakers, healthcare leaders, and managers, focusing on proactive planning, technology integration, and inclusive partnerships. The paper concludes by advocating for ongoing research into resilient frameworks, focusing on addressing the interconnected challenges of global crises. This includes incentivizing investments in technology, infrastructure, and training programs to enhance organizational and healthcare system resilience.
